What can I say that I haven't posted in a thread or as a caption in one of these...hmmm...

Couples is a perfect escape, a chance to reconnect, and a way of life. Thanks for renewed love, a chance to relax, and a lifetime of memories.

One I found amusing...not for the contest, unless duck = win. ;)

The color in the pool picture is absolutely amazing! Nice work. I could stare at it all afternoon! What kind of camera are you using and what setting was that?

It is easily being overdone. People seem to be going crazy when to comes to the Tone Mapping. Super unrealistic photos with prominent halo effects.

Krisjamie,

Nice work done on the HDR of the pool and loungers. Your post processing skills are great. I'm a true admirer of your work. I plan on taking a some specific HDR shots at CSS when we get there in 10 days. I'll keep everyone posted and provide a link to my shots once we get back and I can get the post processing done.

Mandynjeff is sooo right about the overdone HDR shots being everywhere. I'm a car enthusiast and darn near every auto shot is "HDR'd" now and most look like terrible animated blobs.

Thanks for the love on that photo. I have it on foil-stock in 16x20 over my desk here at work. The foil makes it pop even more.

I'd love to see what y'all come back with. This year, I want to make time to take more bracketed shots for post-processing as well. I took some on a recent trip to Texas and a couple were fabulous.
