One of the things that make people keep coming back to Couples is the staff. They are so helpful, friendly and always willing to bend over backwards to make your stay perfect. They treat you like family. These pictures were taken at Couples Sans Souci and Couples Negril in March of this year. First is Conrad, the Omelet Master at the Palazzina Breakfast Buffet at Sans Souci. As you can tell from this picture, he loves his job and is very good at it!  If Conrad is the Omelet Master, then Machel is the Service Master at the Palazzina Breakfast Buffet at Sans Souci. He was always there ready to bring us anything we wanted...and always with a huge grin!  Then there’s Tyrone Jackson, the head chef at the Heliconia Grill at Couples Negril. He taught the two Jamaican Cooking Classes we attended and was very generous with his recipes when my wife asked. She hasn’t stopped talking about his Smoked Marlin and Pasta Salad since our first trip to Couples Negril for our honeymoon in 2006, and now she can make it at home! Here he is cooking our lobster on Friday night.  Wally | ||

Love those pictures. If you get a chance to return, take a copy of the pictures to give to them. I have done that and they really appreciate having them. | ||

Great idea Oxbgirl! I have a picture of Dwayne (CSA) from June 2003 when he was a bartender at the Sports Bar. He is a manager now! The employees really do make our trips fabulous! I am going to take the picture to him when we return! | ||

Conrad & Machel!!! Two of my favorite people at CSS!!! I think it took them a bit to get used to my greeting them by name & all smiley (with no coffee!!) in the morning... but they adapted. =) | ||

Machel, that guy is awesome! on the 3rd day he said: "Your" table is occupied but I have this one ready for you." He noticed that we sat on the same table the first two mornings. I never understood the comment from of of the other couples employees "Hes my son" he kept saying to Machel, we took it as joke. | ||

We are headed back to CSS for our third time this September. We love Conrad's omelette's in the mornings. Machel had just started at CSS when we arrived last year and he was excellent. Hope to see them both this year... |
