Author Message Etf Posted on Friday, January 23, 2009 - 04:45 am:    Just wanted to give a special "Thank You" to this lady. We will be first timers at CSA June 2nd -16th 09. Its Jan's Birthday on the 4th and our Silver Wedding on the 9th. Shellyann has already made this holiday special months in advance. I have sent her a few Email's regarding surprises I want set in place for Jan. Shellyann has attended to all requests and sent me confirmed times from Spa treatments to Private Dinner and menu. This kind of service is what makes a holiday special. I can see why many posters on this board are repeat customers at Couples. If the holiday is as good as the service I have received before I even get there, then I to will end up a repeat visitor. To all members of this board, thank you for your posts and photos as they give first timers like ourselves a great inside into holidays at Couples. If any members of management at CSA read this post, please pass on my thanks to Shellyann, she is a big asset to your team. See you in June, Lyn & Jan
