Simply put, Couples Resorts offers more inclusions than any other resort in the Caribbean. (Dare I say in world?)

Spread the word!

Oh Randymon if you only knew how much and how often I spread that word. The son and daughter-in-law of a friend of mine is visiting Couples Negril in Novmeber because I keep spreading the word. He was going to take his wife to the S resort for her birthday and I convinced them to come to you instead.

And that is just the ones I know of this week. Even when we travel to other parts of the Caribbean we talk so much about Couples that I have actually been asked if I work for you.

Looking forward to coming home next summer.

Randymon this is great!
I have to ask though, how new is this?
CSA was still trying to charge per person for the Negril shopping trip last May but here on your PDF it shows as no cost. ???

The trip to the local Sunset Bar - is this to Rick's? Because the resort was trying to charge for that too.

Would just like some clarification please.

Thanks.

Not only does Couples offer all the amenities, but they do it with incredibly kind, sincere, dedicated and just wonderful staff, anywhere. Time after time people post about their trips and in almost every single message, there is mention of the "incredible" staff. yah, the amenities are super great to have, but the treatment we receive as guests, is worth ten times that much. Thank you Couples for ALL you offer.

On the Negril inclusives it shows a trip to a "sunset bar". Which one is this? Rick's?

What is funny, is that when you tell people all about it, you can see that they almost don't believe you, they keep saying, ".....and it's included??????" Keeps us coming back year after year, can't wait until January 11th. CTI here we come!!!!

I got bumped out of Couples last year (March...noro virus outbreak) so next March will be my first time. Even after all that, I wouldn't consider going anywhere else. Bringing friends too. Look -- I'm spreading the word and bringing people and I've NEVER even been there yet. I just know its going to be great.

And,we indeed take advantage of this.

Randyman - had a great week at CSS in August, where we coincidently met a couple who live 20 minutes from us here in Georgia. Perfect timing too, right after Hanna and right before Gustav.

I love the white shower curtain with the twisted tree logo. Any way, I can buy one for my bathroom so I can feel the Couples vibe at home too?

Thanks,
Denise

Having been to Couples three years in a row CSA,CSS.CSA last year we went to another island which of course did not have a Couples res. While we enjoyed visiting another island we certainly missed Couples. We stayed at a popular adults only resort and during our stay we came to realize what Couples has to offer.I truly believe that you will not find another resort with all the things that Couples has to offer plus friendly staff, beautiful romantic setting and new friends to meet.

I haven't even been to couples yet but I am ready in less than three weeks! I was telling a friend about how the place is all inclusive and she was trying to tell me no place is really all inclusive....I'll show her!!!!!

Does the list of 'inclusions' also have Blue Mountain Coffee on it? Is there Blue Mountain coffee served in the mornings at CSS? If so where and what time?

I thought of two more things I have seen other resorts charge for.

The safe's in your room, many resorts charge per day, which I feel is ridiculous, but we had it happen this year in Puerto Vallarta at an All Inclusive.

Rafts (resorts in Vegas charge you rental)

Things you take for granted and love about Couples, it is ALL included no hidden surprises! I for one do not like hidden surprises when it comes to costing me money!

We have only been to one other AI and that was in Mexico, believe me we would have enjoyed a Miller or even a beer that we had drink before in the states. Had to pay extra for Corona, Amstel, anything close to normal. When Couples states that all bar drinks are included, they are telling the truth.

I have noticed while looking at other AI's the small wording states all local beverages are included, usually this means their beer and liquor.

Baredi - it does, indeed, include Blue Mountain coffee. We have only been to CSA, but are heading to CSS in January. I've seen on previous posts that Palazzina offers Blue Mountain coffee starting at 7:00. You can also have Blue Mountain delivered to your room for breakfast. There will also be a coffee maker in your room with packets of coffee (not quite as good, but at CSA it was definitely better than we had expected).

hmmm for CSA the trip to the 'local sunset bar' can't mean ricks because they charged $15 a person to get there the first week of september....not worth it in my opinion....

randy, what local sunset bar is it referring to??

Margaritaville is the bar they offer a shuttle to. Which is silly because it is a 10 min walk on the beach.

having been to couples numerous times in the past and having been one of the ones that was affected last march we went to another resort that was supposed to be five stars (i asked at the end of our stay if the mother of the owners gave themthe stars) believe me when it comes down all inclusive there is nobody and i mean nobody that comes thru like couples not even close and if you doubt this just go somewhere else and find out for yourself but first go to couples so you can honestly make a comparison Iree Mon

My husband and I are going to CSA for the first time next June. We have stayed at another all inclusive resorts but decided on the Couples this time. I notice Couples doesn't charge for the shopping trip, Margaritaville trip, and the cruise tour where other resorts charge for those tours.

spread the word and u have a new guest. My cousin and her husband are going to CN. They wanted to go with us, but only suites available and they were to expensive, so they are going the week after us. They are so excited. I told them about this mb. Don't know if they are on or not. They couldn't believe how much was free, and I have told them about a good bit of the sights around. My family will soon be a new CN family member

Randymon -- Just wanted to highlight an often overlooked but highly valued feature of the Couples resorts...the no-tipping policy! You can't overestimate how wonderful it is to get absolutely top notch service the entire time that you are at the resort and never have to put out one red cent in addition to what you have paid already. It's hard to get used to at first, but it is a great feature that just enhances an already wonderful experience!

The thing Couples resorts have over all the other places is that for some strange reason you just can't stop thinking or talking about the place. I've tried to stop and I can't and actually I don't want to stop!

My husband and I went for our honeymoon back in March and cannot stop talking about it. Still! I mentioned even though I loved CSA I wanted to try other parts of the Caribbean but hes not hearing it.We are coming/going back in April and we are bringing my aunt & uncle and mom.She actually needs a date for a week so I guess I need to get on that.
After we finished dinner on the first night we both looked at each other like "what do we do? do we get up? are you sure were not supposed to leave a tip?" It was very strange to do that considering it was our first AI,but you soon get used to it.

Are you a Couples first timer or a CSS first timer?

You have chosen an outstanding resort in choosing CSS.Peggy and I love CSS.

CSS's GM Mr Pierre Battalgia is a hands on GM and he has put together a world class staff to spoil you..Let them..LOL

I still think this message board is an outstanding tool by bringing most of the guests together prior to their trips..Each trip to a Couples,we talk to guests that did not know about this message board.

GO.RELAX.ENJOY CSS and have a Salty Dog for me.Ruff Ruff

I am also a first time, we are going in 3 wks to CN. I am so looking forward to relaxing and having fun. Do a lot of people like to have fun I mean is there dancing or anything like that besides just the piano bar on the resort??
Is there a lot for people in their early 30's to enjoy??

I figured it out and the Couples resorts offer a great bargain. Our 6 day trip for CSS was ~$3200 without airline costs.

Based on the quality and level of service (and the way we eat and drink at Couples resorts), I figured it would have cost us at least $300/day/couple in most US cities for food and drink. I then figured in ~$100/day/couple for activities (scuba/golf/tennis/water skiing/etc.) plus massages/t-shirts/and gift shop certificate for repeater perks. Thus, we probably cost the resort some where around $2000 to $2400 during our 6 day stay which leaves ~ $800 for 6 nights (~$133/night) of actual hotel cost.

I don't think my wife and I could not survive w/o Couples. We just got back from 13 wonderful days at CSS. We've had our December 2009 CTI trip booked for at least 6 months now. No matter what the economy, we see our annual (and hopefully more some day) trips as a necessity. We've been married almost 38 years and Couples always makes us feel like newly falling in love kids again. You can't put a price on that.

wow Rae_dave....thats really nice. Your right no matter how long you've been married (me 10yrs this year) its really important to have that feeling of falling in love all over again.
We'll be there in 10 days at CN with 2 other couples. None of us have ever been anywhere. Its been a long time coming and I can't wait to experience what you all have. Thanks
